About Me

Hello! My name is Pam. I'm a certified complementary therapy practitioner based in Calgary (West Springs) Canada. I offer experiential mindful movement and conscious relaxation practices, and share information about these practices to help you understand and feel better in your body. The methods and techniques of these practices are natural, gentle and non-invasive. The aim is to help you deeply connect to the inherent wisdom of your being as a whole, and to create shifts in your body's natural systems to help restore harmony to your body, mind, emotions & spirit.

I am attuned and certified in the following practices and lineages of Reiki: Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher, Usui Ryoho Reiki Master Teacher, Usui Reiki Master, Reiki Drumming™ Practitioner, Reiki Sonics™ Practitioner, Crystal Reiki Master & Teacher, Usui Ryoho Animal Reiki Practitioner, Reiki Space Clearing Practitioner, and Reiki & Colour Therapy.

Yoga (YACEP) training certifications include: 200HR Yoga Teacher Training (Hatha w/Iyengar Influence), Restorative Yoga Training, Yin Yoga Training, and Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release Techniques.

Sound Wellness® and Sound Healing/Sound Therapy certifications and training include: Sound Wellness Practitioner, Reiki Drumming™ Practitioner, Reiki Sonics™ Practitioner, and Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Therapy & Sound Healing Training.

As one who embraces the philosophy of lifelong learning, I will often be enrolled in or attending some type of workshop or class, or off on some life adventure or another. I have completed training in and am currently working towards the following certifications: HelioSol Practitioner, 300HR YTT certification (focus on Biomechanics, Exercise Science, Pain Science, Stretching Science, Neuroscience, Research Literacy, Somatics and Restorative Yoga) and Sound Wellness Practitioner Level 1 and 2 certifications. I am also currently in training for Yin Yoga & Chinese Medicine 100HR YTT certification.

I am an embodied expression of my lifetime experiences, which, to be honest, has been a real rollercoaster ride at times; some really great times, some really trying times and all those times in between. Ahhh...the human experience! Through energy healing I have remembered how to live more in the moment, and how to live in a greater state of balance. I have remembered that life is meant to be lived and experienced in all ways. I have reconnected to certain knowledge and wisdom as a result of my life experiences, and this helps me to navigate my way through this uniquely wild and wonderful experience of life. Reconciliation with myself and others has been a true gift of this journey. I've experienced profound physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual healing, where I have reconnected to my strength within, and have embraced a true sense of self and personal freedom I had previously forgotten about. I have re-discovered a deep interconnectedness to all things as one. The more I nurture and feed my spirit through Personal Energy Care & Spirit Wellness™ practices, and move in harmony with all things around me, the greater my flame grows.
