As one of the retreat instructors, I invite you to join me for the Saturday evening Gentle Yin, Nidra & Sound session.

Unwind your day with a gentle-paced, yin yoga practice, followed by a deeply relaxing Nidra meditation and sound bath. Great for rest & recovery following a full and active day.

During the yoga session your body will remain close to the ground in longer-held, poses. Options will be provided for mild to moderate effort. Please bring your yoga mat and any personal yoga props to support or enhance your practice.

The second part of this session takes you on a journey of deep relaxation with a Nidra meditation and sound bath with the frame drum, crystal singing bowls, deep gong and chimes. For this session, you will be resting on your mat. Dress comfortably and bring any personal items for comfort (blanket, pillow, hoodie, warm socks, eye cover, bolster).
Plan to attend one or both sessions. There will be a short break between sessions for participants to hydrate, arrive or depart.
