Yoga Instructor Services
I am a certified YACEP RYT 500 who teaches from a supportive, curious and creative perspective. I believe that there is a yoga practice for everyone, and that each person's practice is unique to them, and might look different from day-to-day. I share yoga practices that help people connect body, mind, emotion, energy and spirit, while encouraging individual growth and developing community. I honour that we are all built differently and have different capabilities on any given day. I meet you where you are at.

My studio experience includes Hatha, Restorative, Yin, YogaNidra and Chair Yoga classes. I also instruct at the Rocky Mountain YMCA Yoga Retreats, have taught at student career fairs, and have worked with private clients.​​​

I hold monthly special events, many of which incorporate the use of Sound and Reiki. More details can be found on my Events page.

Join a Class
Weekly drop-in classes are held at Wildflower Yoga Collective located at 4039 Brentwood Road NW. Classes are mindfully created to increase strength and flexibility to effect real changes in your body, reduce stress, find community and belonging, and increase your sense of wellbeing.
Seniors Chair Yoga is a gentle-pace, mindful movement practice using a chair, the wall and yoga props for support and stability. Perfect for seniors, beginners and anyone seeking a more accessible way to renew through breath and movement.
​Restorative Yoga focuses on gentle, prop-supported postures and longer holds to activate your body’s natural relaxation response. Through stillness and breath, you’ll create space for deep rest, emotional balance and inner calm.
Hips & Shoulders Yoga is a mindful movement practice focused on strength and mobility in the hips and shoulders. It is slow-paced with time for longer holds and explorations, and includes stretches, functional movement and relaxation.
​A slow-pace, meditative practice that mindfully blends deeper, longer-held postures (with support options), mindful breathing, meditation and sound, to ease tension, increase range of motion and invite in a sense of grounded stillness.
