Yoga Instructor Services

I teach from a humble perspective, and believe that yoga is for everyone and every body! I believe that a person's practice is unique to them, and that I am a facilitator who shares yoga sequences to help people connect with their bodies, while holding space for them, as we each grow individually, and together in community. I honour that we are all built differently and have different capabilites on any given day. I meet you where you are at.

My studio experience includes Restorative, Yin, Flow & Restore, Slow Flow, Hatha, Strength & Stretch, Seniors Chair Yoga and Karma yoga classes. I have also taught Basic Beginner yoga at a student career fair, and have worked from in-home with private clients (Restorative yoga).

​

Current in-studio offerings include:

 

Yin Stretch & Sound Fusion is a weekly class held at Wildflower Yoga Collective on Sunday evenings from 5:30 to 6:45pm. Come and discover the deep-healing benefits of sound and yin yoga.

​

Relax, Release & Restore, is a monthly, 2-hour event offering that I hold at Wildflower Yoga Collective. This is a fusion of Restorative Yoga, Reiki and Sound Wellness® practices. With this offering, I hold space for individuals seeking deeper inward connection, relaxation, stillness and serenity.

​

Qualifications

YACEP training certifications include:

  • 200HR Yoga Teacher Training (Hatha w/Iyengar Influence) (Alberta Yoga College, Stephanie Power, E-RYT200 and RYT500)

 

  • Restorative Yoga Training (Your Yoga Flow, Helene Whitfield, E-RYT500, RPYT)

 

  • Yin Yoga Training (Your Yoga Flow, Helene Whitfield, E-RYT500, RPYT)
