I follow a path of ongoing study, exploring the foundations and evolving insights within yoga, reiki and sound-based practices. My curiosity draws me to their traditional wisdom as well as the emerging science that illuminates how these modalities support human potential and wellbeing. I’m drawn to understanding the body’s overall functioning, as well as dipping my toes into the realms of metaphysics, quantum science and philosophy. Much of my learning centers on nervous system regulation, brain-based movement science (applied neurology) and neuroplasticity, and these principles increasingly shape the way I understand and share these practices.
