Join us for this soul-nourishing, immersive sensory experience at the intimate, quaint and charming Cooper Memorial Hall, located in the community of Aspen Woods.

The ambient atmosphere, our dreamy blue lotus cacao and your intentions set the stage for your meditative journey inward. Throughout the evening, you will be immersed in the powerful healing vibrations and frequencies of sound, as the radiant, golden white light of Reiki infuses you with its nurturing and loving energy, while holding you in sacred space as you journey.

Your journey begins the moment you arrive. Doors open at 6:50pm when you are welcomed in to get settled for a 7pm start.

​

We open the evening by calling in sacred space, and taking a few moments for you to enjoy your dreamy blue lotus cacao as you set your intentions for the evening.

​

You will then relax as you are guided on a meditative journey and showered by the nurturing vibrations and healing frequencies of sound as the instruments are played in the hall and around your body. Bask in the deep and earthy rhythms of the Remo Bahia Buffalo Drum, the high vibrational frequencies of pure quartz frosted and alchemy Crystal Tones singing bowls, the mystical Tibetan sound bowls, the mysterious tones of the stunning Desert Rose Grotta Sonora Deep Gong, the enlightening tones of the Blue and Gold Stargate Rose 2 Grotta Sonora Handheld Gong, the soothing night waves of the Remo Ocean Drum, the enchanting Zaphir chimes and the delicate, dreamy and airy, rare and elusive Song Pod.

Reiki, intention, meditation and sound healing/therapy are natural, complementary energy healing modalities that are well-regarded for their calming, soothing effects, that relax the body, relax the mind, reduce stress and restore harmony to your body's natural systems, by shifting rhythms and energy patterns within the body, helping you tap into your parasympathetic nervous system, and awaken your body’s natural ability to heal itself.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

 

• Please dress comfortably. You will be laying on a hardwood floor for this event, and need to bring a comfortable cushy mat to lay on or a zero gravity chair. A pillow, a blanket, an eye pillow and a bolster for under your legs are also highly recommended for your maximum comfort. Please also bring a bottle of water for hydration during and after the event.
