Hi! I’m Pam Tokariuk, founder of One Light Spirit Wellness. I guide integrative embodiment group practices designed to reconnect you to your body, reduce stress, calm your nervous system, restore energetic balance and renew your spirit.

Through Yoga, Reiki and Sound, I create a grounded environment for you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and realign with what matters most to you so you can live a full and authentic life. My experience spans studio, corporate, public, educational, private and retreat settings.

My offerings include grounding yoga practices, calming rest and recovery sessions, and meditative sound journeys designed to restore inner peace, deepen presence and strengthen resilience.

Seniors Chair Yoga is a gentle-pace, mindful movement practice using a chair, the wall and yoga props for support and stability. Perfect for seniors, beginners and anyone seeking a more accessible way to renew through breath and movement.

Hips & Shoulders Yoga is a mindful movement practice focused on strength and mobility in the hips and shoulders. It is slow-paced with time for longer holds and explorations, and includes stretches, functional movement and relaxation.

A slow-pace, meditative practice that mindfully blends deeper, longer-held postures (with support options), mindful breathing, meditation and sound, to ease tension, increase range of motion and invite in a sense of grounded stillness.
