Unwind your day with a gentle yin yoga practice, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath. Great for rest & recovery following a full and active day.

 

Move slowly and melt away tension as you soften into each pose. After yoga, settle into stillness and reconnect to your inner rhythm with an immersive sound bath experience, including a personal reiki drum wash, crystal singing bowls, the deep gong, ocean drum and chimes.

 

Dress comfortably and bring your yoga mat and any personal props or items for comfort.​​​​​
