A Personal Energy Care & Spirit Wellness session is mindfully created to provide you with a uniquely immersive way of reconnecting to yourself, while restoring balance and harmony to your body's natural systems, through the use of Reiki, Crystal Reiki, Restorative & Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Sound Wellness® methods, or a Reiki Drum Journey & Sound Bath experience which is a One Light Spirit Wellness trademarked offering. Meditation and Breath Work are built-in components to these offerings.

These modalities are natural, gentle, non-invasive and are known for their calming, soothing effects, which help regulate the nervous system and awaken the body's natural ability to heal itself. These are intentional practices to channel and infuse one's body with vital life force energy, release and clear stagnant energy blocks, and shift energy patterns within the body using various methods and techniques from these modalities. These practices expand upon certain concepts of science, quantum physics and metaphysics in relation to the human body...a place where science meets spirituality.

In a session, you may drift inward in a state of conscious relaxation as you are immersed in the soothing and comforting vibrations and frequencies of sound, while melting into fully supported, passive Restorative Yoga poses, or you may simply wish to rest on the treatment table and receive Reiki or Crystal Reiki, or you may opt for an active mindful movement experience. A session is all about you, and what you would like to experience on any given day.

As the methods and techniques that I practice tend to overlap and complement one another quite nicely, my bookings are scheduled based upon time rather than service type. When you schedule, please simply indicate in the booking notes the type(s) of service(s) you are most interested in, knowing that, during any session, we can welcome in the use of any of the methods and techniques from any of the different modalities that I practice.

Sound and ambient, low lighting are often used during conscious relaxation sessions, and scents may be experienced from essential oil, sage or palo santo having been used in the space and general areas accessing the space. Physical touch will be addressed individually in each session, taking into account both the recipient's comfort level and the practitioner's comfort level.

Prior to each session, I set an intention to hold space for you in a comfortable, safe and relaxing environment. When we connect, we will speak about your expectations and the ways that I am able to support you. We will take some time after your session to discuss your experience.

The human body is a powerful self-healer, and I encourage you to approach each session with an open mind, allowing yourself to fully trust and lean into the innate wisdom and healing powers within you.

 

Each session is a personalized experience. As we are all individually unique, your results will be individually unique to you, and no two sessions or experiences will be alike.

The effects of regular energy healing treatments are cumulative and take place at a very deep level, and as we are regularly exposed to different energetic experiences, regular scheduling is recommended. When you honour the well-being of your body, mind, emotions and spirit by consciously working towards better health and wellness, you may experience a greater sense of overall health and well-being, allowing you to more easily navigate day-to-day living.
