Please join me on Saturday, November 23 for Gentle Yin, YogaNidra & a Sound Bath Experience.

Unwind your day with a gentle-paced, yin inspired practice. During this session your body will remain close to the ground. Options will be provided for mild to moderate effort, and you may anticipate remaining in the various shapes and poses for lengthier periods of time. Please bring your yoga mat and any personal yoga props to support or enhance your practice.

The second half of this session will take you on a journey of deep relaxation with a YogaNidra style meditation followed by a sound bath with the frame drum, crystal singing bowls, deep gong and chimes. For this session, you will be resting on your mat. To encourage your comfort and deep relaxation, you may wish to bring a blanket and pillow, an eye pillow or eye cover such as a facecloth to drape over the eyes, and a bolster or rolled up towel for under the knees.

Plan to attend one or both sessions. There will be a brief period of time in between sessions for participants to arrive or depart.
